What is the process for charging the massager?
- To charge the massager, simply place it on the charging base provided and connect it using the original USB cable.
- While charging, the white indicator will flicker and remain on once the massager is fully charged.
- It's important to note that the massager will not function while it's charging. If you attempt to charge it while it's in use, it will activate its self-protection program and automatically stop working.
Does the product have a tendency to cause hair tangling?
No worries! ScalpSavior™ is safe for all hair types. Its unique silicone massage nodes are designed to be tangle-free, ensuring a gentle massage experience without the risk of breakage.
Is it suitable to use the massager with hair products?

How much is shipping?
100% free fast shipping (3-5 days) on all orders from within the continental US. There is an additional charge for expedited shipping (2-3 days) as well as shipping to HI, AK and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days in the United States. With expidited shipping, orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
How do I make a return?
Simply contact us at support@scalpsavior.com. with your order number to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days following purchase. Absolutely no returns will be accepted thereafter. Returns must also be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. Failure to comply with our return policy may result in your refund being denied.
What is your refund policy?
The cost of shipping and processing ($15) will be deducted from your refund. Skin care purchased for the first time may be returned if the outer box or bottle seal is undamaged. Subscription items and shipping protection are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty?
All ScalpSavior™ devices automatically qualify for a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser with original proof of purchase. If your device should become defective within the warranty period, contact our customer support. This warranty does not cover Devices damaged by:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
Scalp Savior shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

How often should I use my Glotech™ mask?
To start, we recommend using your ScalpSavior™ - Scalp Massager 5-7 days a week for optimal results. One treatment lasts 10 minutes and your massager turns off automatically after that.
If desired, you may complete up to two treatments per day (either using different light modes or doing two of the same).
We designed ScalpSavior™ devices to fit seamlessly into your daily routine. All devices are wireless and rechargeable so you can multitask while getting a clinical-grade HairCare treatment!
After 4-6 weeks, when you are seeing your desired results, you may reduce to maintenance treatments 2-4 days per week.
